Daisy Days summer camp for girls

A one-of-a-kind summer day camp for girls

Welcome to Daisy Days: an exciting, new summer camp at Miss Porter’s School for girls entering grades 3-5! Designed to be full of joy and discovery, this day camp is all about helping girls find their confidence in being their unique, authentic selves while having a ton of fun!

Each day is packed with fun, hands-on activities, designed to spark imagination and foster creativity, teamwork, and leadership. Throughout the week, special visitors – such as chefs, magicians, and storytellers – will bring extra magic to campus. Wednesdays are for adventuring, as we leave campus to take fun-filled field trips, such as to the zoo or a water park.

This all-girls experience creates a unique, empowering environment where campers can freely explore their interests, make new friends, and build confidence in a supportive community!

At Daisy Days, fun is at the heart of everything we do!

From hands-on learning and exciting discoveries, to field trips, and playful afternoon activities, every day is filled with joyful moments. With pop-up games, friendly competitions between counselor groups, spirit days, and Friday community celebrations, there’s always something to look forward to.

Afternoons are bursting with excitement! Campers get to choose from a variety of fun activities, giving them time to bond with new friends while diving into exciting games and creative projects. Whether it’s crafting masterpieces in the art studio, shooting hoops on the court, solving puzzles, swimming or enjoying nature walks, there’s always something thrilling to do.

Wednesdays are for field trips! Each week, the entire camp will venture off campus to make new memories in new, exciting settings. Each trip aligns with the weekly theme, making the outings both meaning and full of adventure. Field trips locations include amusement parks, museums, water play places, local farms, and more.

What better way to end the week than celebrating our growth, new friendships, and lasting memories? Every Friday afternoon, campers will celebrate the end of the week with a camp wide pool party and ice cream. It’s a time to unwind, connect, and relish in the spirit of community that makes Daisy Days truly unforgettable!

Our counselors are Miss Porter’s School students and graduates, who mentor and celebrate campers throughout the session. Counselors will listen, affirm, and reinforce crucial life skills for their campers.

Two afternoons a week, we bring the magic to camp with special guests to lead our afternoon activities. We are excited to welcome magicians, chefs, zoo keepers, songwriters, and more to spark curiosity and wonder as campers engage in hands-on activities.

We love to celebrate our community! Our spirit days are filled with joy, encouraging campers to show off their unique styles and camp spirit. On these days, pop-up games and friendly competitions between counselor groups spark laughter and connection. These fun-filled challenges bring joy to the little moments while building a strong sense of community and friendship.

Our five tenants shape our community and culture.

Curiosity

Our community celebrates curiosity as the key to growth and our sisterhood gives girls confidence to ask questions and dive deeper into discovery - because curiosity is cool!

Growth

Campers try new things, make awesome friends, and grow in fun ways every day! Through exciting activities - on and off campus - girls will build confidence, discover new talents, and see themselves grow with each new experience.

Joy

Joy is everywhere! Whether it’s hands-on learning in sessions, exciting field trips, visits from special guests, or participating in spirit days and camp-wide events, every moment is filled with laughter and discovery.

Confidence

We want to help every camper feel confident in who they are! Through fun activities, new challenges, and the support of friends and counselors, girls will learn to believe in themselves and their abilities, gaining confidence as they try new things and discover what makes them unique.

Sisterhood

Our all-girls camp encourages every camper to embrace who they are and feel confident in their individuality. Campers experience the sisterhood and belonging that is at the heart of our community through friendship and mentorship with new friends and counselors.
