This summer, discover your passion through Summer Explorations – an exclusive, small-group day camp experience designed for curious, creative girls ready to dive into hands-on learning. Campers choose one of three immersive week-long sessions, each led by experts and educators who inspire curiosity, confidence, and collaboration.

With only 12-24 campers per session, each girl receives personalized attention in a supportive, all-girls environment that encourages bold ideas, teamwork, and discovery.

Dates: August 3 – August 7, 2026

Times: 8:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Who: Girls ages 11-14

Where: Miss Porter’s School in Farmington, CT

Girls in Gear: A Hands-On STEM Day Camp for Girls

Partnering with Motogo, campers roll up their sleeves to explore the exciting world of mechanical engineering — by taking apart and rebuilding vintage motorcycles. Through teamwork and hands-on challenges, girls learn problem-solving, design thinking, and real-world engineering skills that stick.

Tuition: $1,350 (includes lunch, snacks, equipment, and expert instruction)

Capacity: 12 campers

Fun with DNA: A Hands-On Science Day Camp for Girls

In partnership with the world-renowned Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory DNA Learning Center, this session invites budding scientists to explore the building blocks of life through interactive experiments and real lab techniques.

Tuition: $950 (includes lab materials, lunch, and snacks)

Capacity: 24 campers

She Means Business: An Empowering Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy Day Camp for Girls

Led by Porter’s faculty, this empowering session helps girls understand the value of money, innovation, and impact. Campers become creative problem-solvers as they design their own social enterprises – learning that business can be a force for good.

Tuition: $950 (includes materials, lunch, and snacks)

Capacity: 20 campers
